Meet Jade Flynn, a passionate real estate agent, property management expert, and the proud founder and co-owner of Summit Property Partners. As a veteran wife and proud mother of four, Jade understands firsthand what it means to find a place to call home. With her husband’s 20 years of service in the Air Force, she’s experienced the challenges of relocation and starting fresh—giving her a unique ability to guide others through those same transitions with care and understanding.
Jade’s deep faith and heart for serving others are at the core of everything she does. For 15 years, she served as a worship pastor, where she learned the value of integrity, empathy, and dedication. That foundation drives her work in real estate, where she’s spent the past four years helping people make one of life’s most significant decisions—finding the perfect place to call home.
After contributing to the success of one of our region’s top real estate teams, Jade now owns and leads Foundry & Stone Group at Olive + Oak Realty. At Foundry & Stone, she and her team are guided by the values of integrity, community, excellence, and genuine care—believing that a house is more than just a structure—it’s the foundation for your story.
To further serve her clients, Jade founded Summit Property Partners and is honored to co-own the company alongside Olive + Oak founder Tara Still.
